Skylar’s Playroom Tidy Up
Where do I even begin with this project? From the moment I spoke with Skylar on the phone I knew this was going to be one of my favorite projects and it sure was. Skylar’s playroom already had some organizational elements to it, but it just needed a little TLC and some rearranging.
The Before
After removing some clutter and getting rid of pieces that didn’t belong in there, I was able to create a story for the room. Every corner had a story and a purpose. Arts and crafts area with the art cart, Kitchen and grocery store area, handyman section, music section, ball pit section, Story time area everywhere you looked in the room had a purpose and a story behind it. I wanted the kids to be able to create their own adventures in any part of the room and let their imagination run wild with all the different elements they had.
